![]() Tomorrow, June 7th, is Red Day to raise awareness about heart disease in women and in support of the St. Mary's Cardiac Care Centre. Did you know that 23,000 women die from heart disease in Canada annually? It's important to learn the risk factors of heart disease, such as age, race, diet, and stress. We also need to understand that heart issues can be experienced differently based on gender, with symptoms in females often ignored due to their subtlety. There are many ways you can support this campaign from raising awareness on social media (#RedDayFriday) and by wearing red tomorrow, as well as donating time or money to the cause. Find out more on the Red Day website. #365ofgoodWR
