Big House Party

I've had the opportunity to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity several times. Although I have done 'build' volunteer tasks in the past, more recently, I have enjoyed volunteering in the kitchen to feed all of those hungry volunteers! There's so much to appreciate about Habitat's approach to bringing more affordable housing to communities, I'm always happy to support their work.

One way to support them that sounds like fun is through their Big House Party happening Oct. 25th at Four Fathers Brewing Co. Expect a night full of games, food, beer, and fun! Here's an overview of the evening:

• Beer tours
• A flight of beer – or another drink (if beer’s not your thing)
• Music by local band ‘Twas Now
• Food stations
• Casual atmosphere (jeans are welcome)
• Live auction
• Games & Activities
• Cash bar
