![]() It seems it's about time to highlight active transportation once again :) We've seen a number of pilot and permanent projects related to improving cycling and walking (like the separated bike lanes on Queen's Blvd pictured left) throughout the region over the last year...with more things to come! I'm part of a team that's looking to update Kitchener's Cycling and Trails Master Plan. We've been meeting over the last many months and have engaged with the community in a number of ways to garner feedback for the master plan. There's another opportunity for you to provide feedback through an Engage Kitchener survey which you can find here. Note the sidebar on the right side of the page for a quick synopsis of the project plan and under the headline 'Document Library' you can access the survey booklet with additional details. The survey presents a draft network of bikeways and trails that you can comment on. You can also 'drop a pin' on an interactive map to provide additional comments on specific areas in the network. The survey is open now and closes on Nov. 30th. Please take a few moments to help us create a strong trails and cycling network! #365ofgoodWR
