![]() Now this looks interesting! Wellbeing Waterloo has developed an interesting challenge to participate in throughout June. It's described as a "daily practice of short, fun, and thought-provoking activities to help us mobilize in the struggle to challenge systemic barriers to equity". That sounds like a perfect fit for #365ofgoodWR! Wellbeing Waterloo states, "Through dialogue and training, members of Wellbeing Waterloo Region have begun to create shared understanding of what social inequities are, how they are produced, and what is required for their disruption. We have also come to understand that practice is key to personal development and continuous learning about these issues." And that's where the 30 Day Challenge comes in. Each day in June, you can visit the 30 Day Challenge website to view that day's challenge. The challenges include a learn, reflect, and practice component. The hope is that participants will develop new strategies and ways of thinking that will help ensure Waterloo Region is a "place where everyone thrives and no one is left behind". I hope you'll join me in the challenge this month!
